WREXHAM SYMPHONY ORCHESTRA
Eventually we hope this
section will give a complete record of all our concerts since our foundation in
1969! It is still very much at the early stages, but if you have details of programmes,
especially from the 1980’s, please get in touch. I’m
very grateful to have had the loan of the programme collections of Myra Roberts,
Stella Lansom, Joy Thomas, Eileen Livesey and Emlyn Evans.
Where possible, a list of
players can be found through hyperlinks, and within that further information
about some of the players. If you ever played for the Clywedog Ensemble, the
Wrexham Orchestra or the Wrexham Symphony Orchestra, and would like your biography
to be included, please send
me a copy. Concerts are given in reverse chronological order; just choose a
decade!
